I’m going to stock up on our favorite air filters before they quit selling them…
I was terrified that something like this might happen because of all of the shutdowns that have occurred in the last year, and now it has! My favorite air filter company is going out of business, which makes me very sad. I’ve used the same kind of air filters since I moved into our cabin about 30 years ago. I’m a creature of habit, and I don’t want to alter the brand of air filters I use. This sort of air filter has consistently performed well for me, and I’ve never had any issues with our gas furnace or air conditioner system in all of the years that I’ve been here. I’m not sure if it’s because of the kind of heating and cooling system I use or what, but we have been really fortunate in terms of having minimal problems with the heating and cooling system here. I suppose that many individuals have problems with theirs almost all of the time. That hasn’t been an issue for us here in the cabin. I attribute that entirely to the air filters that I’ve been using on a regular basis. I often say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” But now I’ll have to travel around to all of the businesses in the region to see if I can buy them out of our preferred air filters. I suppose I will get all of the ones that they have that will suit our Heating and Air Conditioning system simply so I can have a stockpile that will last us for the next several years!
