It took us a while to get to the air purification for our indoor odor problem.
I just can’t believe it took me so long to go to the HVAC company about the smell in our house. I mean, who other that the HVAC professionals know more about indoor air. And I should have thought of this given the fact that I noticed the odors getting recycled through the house when the HVAC equipment came on. Still, we dealt with the problem for several years. And we spent a lot of money on remedies like scented candles and other fixes like that. But there wasn’t a plug in, a candle or any spray that would really ever cure the situation. The scent would hang in the air for a bit or cover up the smell for a few minutes. Ultimately though, the HVAC equipment would kick on and the odors would be right back. This was a cycle that we dealt with over and over again. Then, it dawned on me to call the HVAC company. We belong to an HVAC service plan and when they sent me an email about an upcoming heating maintenance appointment, it hit me. The people I needed to be talking with about or indoor air situation were the heating and cooling people. I actually went down to the HVAC company and that’s where I was introduced to the whole home air purification system. We’ve since had this HVAC technology installed and our indoor air quality is better that I could have ever thought possible.
