Heating, Ventilation plus A/C companies should rethink their recruitment

I entirely think that Heating, Ventilation plus A/C companies need to rethink their recruitment strategies. Specifically, Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers entirely need to be careful about how they treat their current recruits. I am the only young Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker laboring for this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business. In fact, I am confident that I am the only young Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker in our entire town. Now, normally, you would hear Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers blame this on the fact that schools are teaching younger people to go to school instead of considering a trade. There may be some truth to this, but I do not think that this is a primary reason why young people are avoiding laboring as Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers. After becoming an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker, it becomes actually clear. Another excuse for why young people don’t want to work as Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers is that younger people do not want to work hard anymore. While this is entirely not true, this view entirely demonstrates the real problem. The reason that young people do not want to be Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers is that the older Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers are not kind to the younger generation. These Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers are so busy living in the glory days that they don’t love younger people. Whenever a current recruit comes to become an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker, they run them off with their constant complaints & insults. If Heating, Ventilation plus A/C companies want to survive, they are going to have to learn to embrace the younger generation along with their current ideas. I assume that these Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers actually think that they are being helpful & just being honest, however it doesn’t help your cause to alienate the young people that you’re trying to recruit.
