Heating and A/C companies should rethink their recruitment

Whenever a current recruit comes to become an Heating and A/C worker, they run them off with their constant complaints plus insults

I really believe that Heating and A/C companies need to rethink their recruitment strategies. Specifically, Heating and A/C workers really need to be careful about how they treat their current recruits. I am the only young Heating and A/C worker working for this Heating and A/C corporation. In fact, I am confident that I am the only young Heating and A/C worker in our entire town. Now, normally, you would hear Heating and A/C workers blame this on the fact that schools are teaching younger people to go to school instead of considering a trade. There may be some truth to this, however I do not believe that this is a primary reason why young people are avoiding working as Heating and A/C workers. After becoming an Heating and A/C worker, it becomes entirely clear. Another excuse for why young people don’t want to labor as Heating and A/C workers is that younger people do not want to labor difficult anymore. While this is really not true, this view really demonstrates the real problem. The reason that young people do not want to be Heating and A/C workers is that the older Heating and A/C workers are not kind to the younger generation. These Heating and A/C workers are so tied up living in the glory days that they don’t like younger people. Whenever a current recruit comes to become an Heating and A/C worker, they run them off with their constant complaints plus insults. If Heating and A/C companies want to survive, they are going to have to learn to embrace the younger generation along with their current ideas. I believe that these Heating and A/C workers entirely believe that they are being helpful plus just being honest, however it doesn’t help your cause to alienate the young people that you are trying to recruit.
