I never would have known that we were not getting the best in home services because I really had no other HVAC company to compare to.
We would always call the HVAC business that was closest to us, and they would send out their technician.
The technicians who typically came out to assist us would do their job, but they never bothered to offer us any energy saving tips or tell us exactly what they did for our HVAC equipment. It wasn’t until I saw a commercial on television where they were talking about beating any competing price, that I realized there were better HVAC companies out there. I didn’t necessarily care too much about the price, I just wanted to have quality service that was hassle free. I looked online and checked out numerous HVAC companies in the area. If I saw too many negative reviews, which there were many, I just moved on to the next HVAC company. It was the last HVAC company that I looked into that actually impressed me. There weren’t nearly as many reviews, but it was a family owned company and there were nothing but glowing reviews. They all struck me as being genuine too, not like people were being paid to write fake reviews. I went with that company and these guys have been amazing. Even our children look forward to seeing Larry or Dave who typically come out to provide our HVAC services. I’m actually thinking about getting into an HVAC service plan with these people. Seriously, if anybody deserves the business in this community, it’s these guys and I haven’t hesitated to tell all my loved ones about this HVAC company.
