It was my first apartment, & when my heating idea broke, I was at a loss.
I called my dad, & asked if he had any suggestions for me. He told myself and others to call my property owner, & ask if he could send someone from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier out to the house to help me. I hung up from talking to dad, & called my property owner. I explained exactly what was happening with the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, & his response was to ask myself and others what I wanted him to do? I told him I would love for him to get the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier on the line, & have them send an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman to my house. Although I only rented half of the house, I knew that if I was without heat, so was my neighbor, however they weren’t home. The property owner told myself and others that he was not responsible for the repair of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, & I had to contact my buddy & let them assume the oil furnace was broken. After having the oil furnace repaired my buddy & I had to pay for it. When I told my dad, he came to the house. He looked at my lease & noted that there was no site where it said I had to pay for any repairs. He called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier, & explained what he knew was going on with the oil furnace, & asked them if they would send the bill to my property owner? Later that day, an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman was at my house to repair the oil furnace. I don’t assume what I would do without my dad’s help.
