Leave room for A/C in your budget

Over the past various months I have found myself in kind of an unofficial position.

I have been living with a current neighbor of mine, assisting him in his transition into adulthood.

You see, our companion lost numerous years of his 20s to prescription medicine that left him feeling like a zombie. In the aftermath, he has a lot of studying to do as he moves into real “grown up territory” Also, as he moves into a fair current territory. My buddy is picking up & transitioning his life to the south in a few weeks, & he couldn’t be more excited for a change of air. The only thing is, he doesn’t seem to comprehend the actual change of air temperature that he’s about to undergo. Having been born & raised in the north, he is not used to the heat & humidity of the south. He keeps excitedly talking about getting current clothing, to which I keep reminding him that a/c is going to be his number one outfit; Before you worry about buying current shirts & pants, make sure that you have currency for a high-quality cooling system. You do not want to be relying on an condo a/c machine in the dead of Summer. You could have an A/C breakdown that requires a professional Heating, Cooling, & Air Quality Control maintenance appointment. Or you could have a truly low quality cooling idea provided to you by the condo management. You could have a bad power outage that requires a separate generator to get any cooling air. There are a million concerns to worry about when it comes to a/c. Before your closet gets a makeover, make sure you have budgeted for every a/c emergency.
