This past weekend, all of us stayed in a hotel during a baseball tournament and the air conditioning legitimately worked almost too well! The place was freezing inside.
From the minute that all of us walked into the lobby, I was cold.
Maybe it was because I was used to feeling so cold out in the heat at the ball fields, but the temperature inside of the hotel was just ridiculously cold. If you ask me, then the people who are in the entertainment and leisure industry should have to take some kind of class about temperature settings before they beginning toiling! I legitimately do not believe that the management at the hotel had any idea what they were doing because it was so dang cold inside of the place. Not only was the lobby too cold, but the temperature inside of the hotel restaurant had to be about 62 degrees. It was freezing in there. I was so uncomfortable that I had to go and find a pool towel to wrap around my shoulders while I was trying to eat dinner. I even asked our waiter if they could turn the air conditioning up a little bit even though he said that it’s typically that cold in the restaurant! Thank goodness that each hotel room has its own control component unit inside so I was able to set the temperature where I wanted it to be in my own room. I believe that 72 degrees is the perfect temperature. I wish that it was 72 degrees year round! I will never forget that place. It felt savor sleeping inside of an icebox.
