My brother and I haven’t lived together in a long time. Every one of us used to share a room when both of us were teenagers. And all I can remember were battles. He was older so it was harder for him to listen to anything I had to say. This was especially correct when it was summer time and winter. Our condo had Heating & Air Conditioning zoning and he put himself in charge of setting the temperature control in our room. There were so many days I went complaining to mom and dad about him. Eventually, he went off to school and I had full control of the temperature control in the dining room. Fast forward years later, both of us are now adults and he came to me with a proposal. Every one of us both live in the same neighborhood and see each other often. So, my brother’s suggestion was both of us combine efforts and buy houses. We’d start with the 1 then later get another such that both of us each have a locale to call our own. I knew that was a splendid system since both of us could pull together our resources and share energy costs. But, I had to voice my concerns about his heating and cooling habits. My brother laughed and told me he was expecting me to have an issue. Every one of us ended up buying a appealing 2 dining room condo and installed a current Heating & Air Conditioning system, plus Heating & Air Conditioning zoning. That way, my dining room would always be the temperature I like. And both of us have agreed on a constant temperature for correct rooms enjoy the family room and lounge. Apart from Heating & Air Conditioning system installation, we’ve also worked on improving air quality in the condo by adding a HEPA filter to the unit.
