Ready for a Good Yoga Session to Loosen up My Sore Muscles

I did a lot of chest exercises yesterday and am pretty sore as a result.

I want to get some stretching in soon so that this stiffness and pain go away.

My friend worked out with me too and he said his chest hurts so bad he can hardly walk. He said when he walks his chest kind of bounces and hurts really bad. I guess maybe we overdid it with his first real chest workout this year. He is a heating supplier and we met last year in the HVAC store where I work. He was looking for a radiant heater and we ended up chatting about life for an hour or so. It’s nice to have a friend you can relate to and connect with like I have with him. His local business does great and it is probably because he cares about people and takes the time to talk to them like a friend. I’ve learned a lot from him and probably the best lesson he has taught me is to do daily yoga and meditation. My yoga studio is my living room because I keep it comfortable with the climate control system when it is really hot out in the summer. Also, in the winter when it is too cold to go outside I am nice and cozy in my flat while I do yoga. I see some groups doing yoga outside in the winter but I don’t like this because I get injured a lot more that way. I’ve learned some things from my HVAC tech friend and am happy he taught me them.
