Since we were young, my sister has always loved fashion.
While my dolls would have the same dress they came in with when mum bought them, my sister’s dolls would have different outfits every other day.
Mum saw this interest and decided to highlight it. She took Terry, my sister, to fashion school when she was a teenager, and shortly after graduating, she opened a fashion house. At this point, I was working as an HVAC professional with a local HVAC business. My job was to provide help with indoor comfort to homeowners. When Terry opened the fashion house, she came for advice on getting suitable quality HVAC equipment. We visited one of our HVAC providers and got a heat pump as it is useable all year round. I also organized my colleagues, the HVAC repairmen, to handle the HVAC installation. While we were doing the fitting work was done, the fashion house remained closed. Terry also had to cover the merchandise with a sheet to protect them from the debris from the attic. She chatted with the specialist, who advised her how to do the HVAC maintenance. She bought a WiFi thermostat to allow her to change the temperature even when away from the shop. Since the new HVAC equipment was from a recognized and familiar HVAC brand, operating it would be pretty straightforward. I later discovered that a temperature rise would damage some of the delicate clothes in storage. Therefore it was a good idea to get a quality HVAC unit. After fitting the HVAC unit, Terry offered us refreshments as we chatted away. We left the fashion house in the afternoon as we had scheduled to run maintenance on an HVAC system in an office several blocks down from the fashion house.
