When our daughter turned 8, she wanted to have her birthday celebration.
My husband and I were eager to provide her the perfect party with her friends.
We decided to take her to a local Chuck E Cheese plus used their celebration room to celebrate her birthday. This was the place she had been asking to go to all year plus so when my buddy and I revealed to her that she was going to get to think she was so glad. We served her and her friends cake, and all her friends cheered her on as she opened her gifts. We could tell by the substantial smile on her face so she was having a really enjoyable time. We were glad that she was enjoying herself. However there was one thing that was bothering us. I didn’t seem to bother her. I complained about the temperature in the room to their management. They informed me that their air conditioner plan wasn’t working, plus they were laboring on getting a cooling worker out to repair it. The air conditioner plan had broken down recently, they said All the adults in the room were finding the heat in the celebration room to be unbearable. The kids didn’t really seem to notice. They were too distracted with cake and gifts. My wife and I let the children hang out in the celebration room for as long as they wanted before my we eventually had to leave their room to escape to some of the cool air plus the rest of the restaurant.
