Talking to HVAC customer care

Good customer service is very important no matter what the company is.

I have to say my local heating and air conditioning company has some of the best customer care I ever called on the phone in my life! I called the heating and air conditioning company’s customer care phone number because when I had received the bill for the last bout of heating and cooling home services I had done there was an overcharge.

I knew it had to be a computer error or something on their part. So I called and the heating and air conditioning customer care rep took good care of me. You would think with something like this they would try to get away with it and steal your money. You know, keeping you on the phone and arguing with you using call center scripts for over an hour. But no, that was not the case here! I was off the phone with the heating and air conditioning customer care within less than 10 minutes and my problem was fixed! I did not have to pay the extra they threw on by accident. They took real good care of my issues as I stated already. If more places had great customer care like this, the world would be a much better place and businesses would be more honest and great like they used to be. I am very pleased with my local heating and air conditioning company as well as their customer care phone number!
