For a couple of years now my husband and I have been dreaming about building our perfect dream house. We decided that we were going to build it from the ground up. We had an architect help us with the design, we had a electrician do all the wiring and we had a plumber install all the pipes and drains. One thing my husband and I didn’t consider when we were building our new home was having a HVAC specialist install the heating and cooling system. Instead we relied on the general contractor to build the entire heating and cooling system from the ground up. I have to admit that my husband and I aren’t happy with the heating and cooling system they installed. Since we live in a warmer climate there was no need for us to install a fancy heating system. We spent so much time and money on the heating system and now we know that it will never get used. It is warm for nine months out of the year where we live and the other months will be fine with just a space heater. At least we know for next time to contact a heating and cooling specialist before building our next house. I don’t want to have another instance where we waste a lot of money again. Even though my husband and I aren’t happy with our current heating system we are happy that we were able to invest in a new cooling that will last for many years to come.
