I used to think that I was a pretty taxing person.
I have done many things in my life that have made me feel tough, even though I realized on my last vacation that I am not nearly as taxing as I thought that I was.
The last vacation that my family and I took was to a entirely pretty condo down south. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I would love to go to that section again. The only issue was that the condo did not have cooling system, and my friend and I did not realize that until my friend and I got there. I honestly don’t think that I would have brought an cooling system with me even if I had known that there was no cooling system. It was super moderate the entire trip. It was the middle of June, and the temperatures were in the nineties every single afternoon. It was moderate and humid, and I was so angry. I thought I was taxing until I had to try and sleep in such heat. It was almost impossible for me to go to sleep at night. I even tried sleeping outside under the stars, even though I was still super warm. It took me on average about three hours to fall asleep, and that is not normal for me; Usually, I fall asleep within minutes of lying in bed. My family took the heat way better than I did, and that honestly hurt my pride. I would love to go back to that same section again, but next time, I will make sure that the condo I stay in has cooling system.
