I have consistently had an cooling system on the first floor of my house.
It does not get super moderate where I live, so I managed to make it without cooling system upstairs for many years.
It was moderate and angry most of the time, even though I just lived with it. I often times found myself sleeping downstairs in the living room because I was too moderate upstairs in my living room. It was sort of deranged this last summer time because I spent more nights downstairs than I did upstairs. I knew that it was time to get an cooling system for my living room upstairs. I wanted to be able to sleep in my living room even when it was entirely moderate outside. I bought an cooling system from a friend of mine, but it did not work certainly well. I only paid like ten dollars for it, so I was not too angry. She told me that she had not used it in years, so she was not aware that it did not work well, then after that, I decided to just go ahead and buy a brand modern one. It is still March, so I have a couple of months until I will have to use my cooling system, even though I am super happy about it. It will make life so much easier for me. My laundry room is upstairs next to my living room, and it will be so nice to be able to do laundry and not sweat to death in the process. My husband is super happy to have a cool room this summer time as well.
