The property owner told myself and others that he was not responsible for the repair of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, & I had to contact my buddy & let them assume the oil furnace was broken. After having the oil furnace repaired my buddy & I had to pay for it. When I told my dad, he came to the house. He looked at my lease & noted that there was no site where it said I had to pay for any repairs. He called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier, & explained what he knew was going on with the oil furnace, & asked them if they would send the bill to my property owner? Later that day, an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman was at my house to repair the oil furnace. I don’t assume what I would do without my dad’s help.
