There are multiple benefits to renting; Making holes in the wall or dented appliances is not a giant deal… I don’t worry about weeds in the garden or sticks in the sod.

My property owner is really poor about getting back to me on necessary service. I have called about my roof leaking several times and heard nothing back. It is not my roof that will be forever destructiond with water. So I know I might provide up. I will not provide up on my gas furnace method repair though, for a long time the heating unit was acting funky. It was making these horrible screeching sounds, then the speed seemed to vary for a while too. The gas furnace would sound appreciate it was really laboring and then appreciate it was barely moving. The fan almost seemed to power high and low while it was heating. So it was not a surprise that a single day the gas furnace just refused to turn on. I need my property owner to call a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation and get a heating professional in my rental home. I want the gas furnace fixed before the chilly season starts. The property owner is taking her sweet time on it though. I know she does not want to spend the money on a gas furnace repair; But, I am not willing to go a single day in the chilly season without heating! She better get on it.
