My sister, the CEO

Not only is she running the company very well, but she is also doing something out of the normal, which is giving a chance for more women who are interested to join in the hvac repair industry

If you were to go up and talk to random men and women on the streets and ask them what the gender of their typical hvac repairman is, 95% of the time it would be a male. These numbers would technically makes sense, due to the fact that the ratio of men to women in the hvac heating and Cooling industry is skewed as such, and that is exactly the reason why I am so proud of my sister for what she is doing. My sister has just started down the path to open up her own hvac heating and Cooling repair company, and she is already having tremendous success as a manager. She has worked from the bottom of the way to the top and has earned a tremendous amount of respect from her coworkers, men and women alike. Not only is she running the company very well, but she is also doing something out of the normal, which is giving a chance for more women who are interested to join in the hvac repair industry. At the local high school and Community College, she is offering paid internships to any females who want have any interest in becoming hvac repair women one day. This is amazing because it will give a chance for more women to do what they otherwise wouldn’t attempt, and it will also help balance the power between men and women in that industry. I know that my sister loves what she does, and it is so special to see someone you love making a real difference in the workforce.
