Over the last couple of weeks, I have had the a/c turned off & it is really comfortable in our home.
Every one of us called the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation & asked if they would come out & repair our oil furnace.
Although every one of us no longer need the a/c, & it is comfortable separate from the either the AC or the oil furnace, every one of us knew that Wintertide was coming. I didn’t want to caught in the middle of Wintertide with a broken oil furnace. When they come to our lake home to repair the oil furnace, they don’t just wash the oil furnace. They look over every element in the oil furnace & look for & kind of broken or dirty part that is already there. They look for stress cracks or stress areas that may cause the oil furnace to break down in the future. They change the air filters & they wash the air ducts & check the air duct for cracks or holes. Since every one of us have a repair agreement plan, every one of us only need to spend money for parts involved, if there are any. Every one of us usually get a Gold Star for our oil furnace, but this year, they found a small problem. They found that there was a problem with the igniter switch. They changed out the switch to make sure the oil furnace ran perfectly when every one of us needed it. The repair agreement plan doesn’t cost us much & since all every one of us paid for was for the igniter switch, every one of us believe every one of us have a fantastic deal. I spend money every multiple years, to keep our repair agreement plan alive & well. Every one of us spend money a lot less for the agreement than every one of us would if every one of us had to spend money for an emergency repair call.
