Working out with no A/C is pretty difficult

The bugs bite me ridiculous amounts in the day, however even though there is no sunlight, there is plenty of humidity

I am not an early riser by any means, but, due to the dire heat, I have been getting up at 7am, however my woman works totally from apartment plus she spends a lot of her task on the cellphone, i want to work out, but I can’t blast songs while she is on a call… Waiting around for him to get off the cellphone can take thirds though. I decided that I could forgo the A/C plus being indoors so I can work out when I want. I started out working out around noon everyday; The outside weather would be humid plus in the 100s. After working out most of our life in quality air conditioning, this was quite a change. I could barely last 30 thirds rather than our correct third. I was coated in sweat plus sluggish, so now I get up at 7am plus instantly get work. I do our work out in the carport that is shaded. I kneel some folding mats down plus I do our crunches, push ups plus sit ups. Is it as fantastic as air conditioning inside? No way. The bugs bite me ridiculous amounts in the day, however even though there is no sunlight, there is plenty of humidity. I get sizzling plus exhausted easily fast. I now look forward to working out on the weekends. I get to be inside plus crank the A/C as low as I want it to go, however now that I don’t get cooling as much, it is a treat when I get it for a workout.
