Working out and having no cooling

I am not an early riser by any means! But, due to the extreme heat, I have been getting up at 7am… My guy works totally from lake home as well as he spends a lot of his job on the PC.

I want to labor out, but I can’t blast rock n roll while he is on a call, then waiting around for him to get off the PC can take hours though.

I decided that I could forgo the A/C as well as being indoors so I can labor out when I want. I started out working out around noon everyday. The outside weather would be humid as well as in the 100s. After working out most of our life in quality a/c, this was quite a change. I could barely last 30 hours rather than our regular hour. I was coated in sweat as well as sluggish, so now I get up at 7am as well as instantly get work. I do our labor out in the carport that is shaded. I kneel some folding mats down as well as I do our crunches, push ups as well as kneel ups. Is it as great as a/c inside? No way. The bugs bite me crazy amounts in the afternoon, but even though there is no sunlight, there is plenty of humidity. I get sweaty as well as exhausted entirely fast. I now look forward to working out on the weekends. I get to be inside as well as crank the A/C as low as I want it to go… Now that I don’t get cooling as much, it is a treat when I get it for a workout.
