My djembe drum is actually falling apart plus is in desperate need of some modern strings to tighten the drum head.
I will go to the local corporation later to see if they sell the strings plus do the tuning completely on my own. There are a fair amount of videos on YouTube showing how to string a djembe so I am going to do it myself. We genuinely are going to do a show at the heating plus cooling machine corporation for a corporation gathering soon plus I need my drum to be set for the occasion. I have an awesome sound system plus a good guitarist to perform with plus we are genuinely excited about the opportunity to play for all of the Heating plus A/C machine techs plus salespeople. Some of them are musicians plus we want to show them our particular type to see what they easily think of it. We basically do a more jazz kind of performance, making up music plus tunes in the moment. If it goes truly well, the owner of the Heating plus A/C machine corporation is going to get us to do some extra shows at the other Heating plus A/C businesses in other towns. We basically have only been playing together for a few months however the chemistry we have is wonderful plus it looks like we’ve been playing together for the longest time. I’ve recorded some tunes plus put them online plus we’ve gotten a fair amount of views plus enjoyable comments so it is actually exciting.
