That is something I miss from living in the states, my big bowl of cream of wheat in the morning. They don’t have that where I live here overseas and I miss it. I guess it is possible to make it from cornmeal so maybe I will give it a shot one day. I also miss grits, which is something they usually do in the south in the states but not over here. People wouldn’t have a clue what a grit is if you asked them. I think my HEPA filter has grits in it because it is all clogged up with stuff that almost looks like grits. I guess it is just dust from the construction outside but it sure looks like grits to me. Maybe I could try and cook it with some milk and see what it tastes like, not! I also have a furnace filter that needs to be cleaned on my HVAC system but I am not exactly sure where it is. I don’t really know anything when it comes to HVAC equipment except for the HEPA filter on my air handler because the tech showed me how to clean it one day. I guess I could go down to the store where he works and ask them where the furnace filter is on my system. I’m sure it is easy to find but I don’t know where to look. I think I’ll start with trying to make a bowl of cream of wheat and then get going with my day. Have a great day!
