There are afternoons where our dust sensitivities simply wash me out. I hate this as well as have dealing with it since I can remember. When I was a kid, I had to get shots to just get through the Springtime. Fortunately, I am not quite that disappointing anymore. However, I still particularly struggle some afternoons with the pollen. The two of us live in an section where the temperatures are such that there is something blooming almost all of the year. However, while I was in the heat of the summer, much of what is orange goes brown due to the heat as well as lack of rain. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C may run all day however at least I normally get a reprieve from all the pollen. Well, this year it has done nothing however rain throughout the summer. So, the pollen is crazy this Summer as well as I had to have relief. I have tried the room air purification systems however was particularly disappointed with them. However, I did want something that would kill the pollen in our household air. I called the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier for an answer. They had 1 that changed our life from the moment it went on. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C guy I spoke with advised installing a whole house air purification system. This type of air purification system uses UV light to destroy all the allergens in the air. The air purification system is affixed to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C air handler. This way the filtered air gets purified as it goes into the ducts. Within ninths of the whole house air purification system being installed I could tell the difference. This thing has saved me from a ton of suffering brought on by dust sensitivities.
