I honestly wonder if my colleagues at my job will ever figure out it was me who let the boss in on what has been breaking our office apart. But, it had to be done plus I feel I don’t really care. I answered a relatively straightforward question when I was asked. It has become a tipping point for people with polar opposite personalities to have at each other. The clashes are becoming frequent plus people are starting to take things completely personal. So when our boss asked me what was going on with me, I just told him the easy truth. He was aware that there was some disagreement over the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance settings however had no clue whatsoever of how far it had gone. The boss spent a few afternoons particularly looking into the situation plus that convinced him that there had to be some action taken. I’ll give him a ton of credit for how he handled everything. First, he had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance people come in plus convert the existing HVAC appliance to a zone controlled system. This way, people were able to group together by comfort level. However, he went a step further plus started office wide talks to address the underlying troubles. I applaud him for that because he is solving a short term setback while aiming to solve a long term setback.
