In my mind, I suppose I just figured that I would live in our dwelling for the rest of my days.
You know, the two of us would grow ancient in our family dwelling plus then be off to a retirement dwelling at the end.
But, reality has a way of changing a person’s perspective. First, I prefer our family dwelling. It was sizable enough to raise all our youngsters in. The HVAC appliance was perfect plus the two of us only had to upgrade it just once. Plus, I had a beautiful study in our house that was just the best space. I really appreciated it. Then, my youngsters were all gone. The two of us figured the two of us would stay around put plus they could visit. However, that just doesn’t happen as often as you might picture. Our children have genuinely tied up lives of their own. Finally, the fact that our dwelling was just a bit too much to take care of by just the two of us convinced my hubby plus I to sell. The realtor strongly advocated that we get another HVAC appliance put in even though our HVAC was still running strong. It was only the second HVAC unit the two of us had in there. So, the two of us did get the latest plus most excellent heating & cooling system. It truly ended up making us currency on the sale of our dwelling. The two of us moved into a small dwelling to sort of figure out what the two of us were going to do with the rest of our years. It was also an opportunity to down size plus transition into retirement. I am okay with renting but I find it terribly ironic that I got a state of the art HVAC appliance only a year ago. And now, I am living with the worst HVAC appliance of my life plus can’t do a thing about it.
