After I found the right contractor to complete the work, I made an appointment with the owner of the property. The HVAC contractor both of us at the address so we could check on all of the heating and air conditioning equipment. The contractor spent about an hour looking at everything and then he provided me a list of problems. The holes in the ductwork were just the beginning of the HVAC issues. The contractor gave us a lot to think about before we moved forward with the purchase.
