When my fiance plus I first moved into our house, the Two study rooms were the perfect size for us, our cat, plus a living room.
However, when we found out that our little family would be getting greater, we had to make room for a dentistry.
The best option seemed to be that we would turn our garage into a new master study room, with it’s own bathroom, plus turn the old study room into a dentistry. The remodeling went well, plus everything was going to plan, without hiccups. The two of us decided to go with a ductless mini-chop for the addition to our home, however a ductless mini chop works prefer a traditional air conditioning, however the flow of coolant can be reversed plus it can also act as a oil furnace in the Winter time weeks. The best part about the ductless mini-split, in my opinion, is how easy the upgrade was. All I needed to do was drill a 3 inch hole for all of the necessary components, plus the Heating plus A/C mini-chop was installed.
