All the gas furnaces sound awful to me

Also a heat exchanger can crack plus release carbon monoxide into the home

I am debating on a current oil furnace although I can’t seem to choose what kind, each kind has its own set of cons that scare myself and others away; An electric heating system is 100% efficient but super powerful, and using electricity for heating entirely drains the budget after a while. I learn online that people only rely on electric gas furnaces that live in warmer climates or they are using it for a small section like a lake house or fishing shack. A residential apartment shouldn’t ever consider an electric heating system due to the cost, so there is that. An oil based oil furnace needs an on place oil tank. It is big, ugly plus an eyesore; You also need to schedule oil deliveries plus spend money whatever the cost of oil happens to be. You could advantage out or be entirely screwed too… Oil deliveries can be delayed by the storm or traffic too. I don’t entirely want to risk having no oil while I was in a snowstorm plus therefore having no heating. A gas oil furnace is just so dangerous though. If you aren’t on it with familiar cleaning, the oil furnace can overheat. A gas heating system can catch on fire certainly if too warm. Also a heat exchanger can crack plus release carbon monoxide into the home. This smellless, white plus tasteless gas is toxic to take in. You won’t know you are being poisoned, then why would I want that in my home? I think I need to just not get a oil furnace, none of them sound too wonderful to me. I might try a boiler idea instead.
