The other weekend when I was shopping I saw that they had portable space heaters on sale. At the price they were asking I could not resist but to buy a few of the portable space heaters. Portable space heaters are not that expensive usually, but the fact that they were this cheap I just had to buy a few. I did not have a portable space heater but I read that in the cold winters you can cut your electric bill in half by having a few portable space heaters around the house. You can run those portable space heaters as an alternate to your central heating and air conditioning system. And in doing so will cut your electric bill in half due to the less energy use of the portable space heaters versus the central heating and air conditioning system unit. If these were not on sale I most likely would not have gone out and bought a portable space heater. But because they were I thought it was time that I give this energy saving tip a try. Also having a portable space heater will be just as good as having a portable air conditioning system. Because if the central heat and a/c unit ever goes out, I will have a way to keep myself warm and not have to check into a hotel somewhere. And this also can potentially save me a lot of money. So buying these portable space heaters was actually a good idea! I am so glad they were on sale!
