Hiring out all my plumbing

I appreciate updating my home however I am not handy in any way; I can gut a room, put up drywall, sand, mud and tile, then that is about the extent of my capabilities, and unblessedly when you get into major renovation you are getting into plumbing and electric.

I am afraid of both of those tasks.

I am blessed that my sibling is really fantastic at electricity! What all of us do is trade labor back and forth. I would help him kneel granite in his backyard or weed his garden and he would do my electrical work, and he has installed lavatory ventilation, family room vent hoods and added outlets to home offices. He has saved me so much time, effort and money. What I have to hire out is plumbing needs though, and neither my sibling or I want to mess with water and piping. I have called a plumber for some really easy tasks. When I want to add a modern faucet or sink, I call a plumber. When a modern toilet should be installed, I just have the plumber do it. I know that these are easy tasks however I am a small woman that doesn’t know plumbing. Thankfully the plumbing supplier I labor with is amazing. They know my tasks range from sizable to entirely small and the price reflects it. I have a deal with a plumber that I spend money money for the little tasks for a sizable discount. When septic tank or water heating system concerns arise, I then write a check and spend money full price; Our system works just great.
