John must have made a certainly big impression on her and that is amazing
We tried, we certainly have but this lady doesn’t want to hear anything we say. The main reason for her is that she wants to see John. He has been her Heating and Air Conditioning contractor for the last 13 years and he has been out on paternity leave for about 3 weeks now. Mrs. Anderson certainly needs her air filters changed but she wants an expert opinion of John. He, after all, is a wonderful heating and cooling contractor but he will not be able to help her for a while. We are just afraid that in the next month or so her Heating and Air Conditioning system may start encountering issues and then the cost to repair or update the Heating and Air Conditioning system could be far greater. We did our best to call John to ask him to speak to her but he didn’t answer. Knowing him, he turned off his work phone for a couple of months. We do not blame him but we are trying to do our best for Mrs. Anderson. We told her we tried calling and he didn’t answer but she said if she does not hear from John then the air filters will not be touched. There certainly is much else we can do but leave her with our number if she changes her mind. We also told her that she can call the heating and cooling business to talk to someone else if she needs to. We tried one last time to explain the importance but she was really firm on her decision. John must have made a certainly big impression on her and that is amazing. But if he ever decides to leave the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor, Mrs. Anderson certainly will let her heating and cooling system break.
