Who is this lady? This Heating And Air Conditioning contractor is trying to convince us that our air filters need to be updated. We swear they were updated three months ago but we can’t quite remember. This lady is not Mel. Mel is our number one heating and cooling contractor who always makes sure that we have the best experience when she comes over to look at our Heating and Air Conditioning system. She is so expertiseable and she has been with the Heating and Air Conditioning company for a really long time. This lady that stands in front of us she has never seen before. Also, it looks like she just started to work for the heating and cooling contractor, and so we do not trust her judgment on our air filters. She is trying to charge us for something we do not need now. We asked her to call Mel but she says that Mel is on maternity leave. We would know if Mel and her wife were having a baby. She tells us everything and we share stories. Still, this Heating and Air Conditioning contractor is trying to convince us that if we do not have the air filters changed, then there is a chance of something going wrong with our Heating and Air Conditioning system in the future. She then provided us with her phone number if we change our mind and said to call the Heating and Air Conditioning company if we need another Heating and Air Conditioning worker to take a look at our heating and cooling system. We do not want to work with anyone else and if Mel is on maternity leave, we can wait till she comes back. We’re sure our air filters will be ok even though the Heating and Air Conditioning worker is telling us that we should have them changed.
