Once the competition heats up, prices go down

I have lived in this town long enough to see the entire environment change.

When I first moved here it was a tiny, sparsely populated little village that most people had not heard of.

Within a few years, however, the entire area started developing. They built two new stores and subdivisions all around the city and my town began to explode with a new population. Now, I wasn’t extremely excited about all of these changes at first because it became more difficult to navigate the village through traffic. However, I am happy about how the heating, cooling, and air quality control industry has changed. Since the population increased, so has the number of air quality control dealerships in the area. Because there are more houses requiring more central heating, cooling, and air quality control solutions, there are now new businesses present to deliver the indoor air temperature control solutions that are necessary. With the number of indoor heating, cooling, and air quality control repair shops increasing, this means that the routine maintenance, service, and repair prices have been decreasing. Suddenly, there is enough competition in the heating and cooling industry for decreasing rates on required indoor air quality control solutions. I have been very happy with my heating and cooling system ever since it became very affordable to make routine maintenance and service appointments. My indoor air quality has never been better than it is now and my bank account has not felt this happy in a long time. With my lower energy bills and higher indoor air quality, I think I will be staying here for a while.
