There are many benefits to renting, however making holes in the wall or dented appliances is not a giant deal, i don’t worry about weeds in the garden or sticks in the sod.
It is nice knowing I won’t stay in the condo forever, so upkeep is sort of an afterthought, however another good point should be that my property owner handles any repair that I need. My property owner is really awful about getting back to me on necessary service. I have called about my roof leaking more than two times and heard nothing back. It is not my roof that will be forever destructiond with water, so I think I might supply up. I will not supply up on my furnace plan repair though, then for a long time the heating unit was acting funky. It was making these horrible screeching sounds, but the speed seemed to vary for a while too. The furnace would sound savor it was really toiling and then savor it was barely moving. The fan almost seemed to power high and low while it was heating. So it was not a surprise that one day the furnace just refused to turn on. I need my property owner to call a Heating, Ventilation and A/C company and get a heating professional in my rental home. I want the furnace fixed before the frigid season starts. The property owner is taking his sweet time on it though. I think he does not want to spend the money on a furnace repair! But, I am not willing to go one day in the frigid season without heating… He better get on it.
