We’ve been living in the same beach house for about many years now, but i feel that it seems prefer a pretty long time, however as the old saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun.
I feel you could say that our partner & I have honestly been having fun! That’s because many years ago when all of us first moved in, all of us talked about taking out the old oil furnace & central A/C system, then the Heating, Ventilation & A/C method that was already installed in the beach house was super old & you could tell that it wasn’t of the greatest quality.
I worried about the indoor air conditions in the beach house however of course as time went on, all of us got settled in & all of us forgot about the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. There were other things to worry about with the current house, & thoughts of the oil furnace & the A/C just flew right out the window, so to speak, however of course, the heating & cooling method worked well enough to keep us going… Both of us were sizzling enough in the Wintertide & cool enough in the summer, but I think that our indoor air conditions absolutely could have been much better. Finally, many years later, all of us decided that all of us were going to go ahead & put in a current Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit! I was excited about getting the task done at last. I went ahead & brought some tools over from our dad’s beach house & started checking out the air ducts & ventilation ducts! When I opened up 1 of the overhead air vents, a giant raccoon dropped right out of the ceiling & went waddling across the living room!
