If you wait long enough, eventually everything in life needs some sort of redo.
And that is exactly what is happening with my HVAC equipment.
This house has been such a wonderful place to live for the past 25 years. It was the second home I owned but the first for a real house. I had a small starter home before I got married. It wasn’t much to look at really. The HVAC equipment wasn’t all that good and it was pretty cramped. But it was better than paying rent and I sold it at a profit. This house was different. My wife and I purchased it with the thought of raising a family in it. And that’s just what we did. Now, 25 years later, we’re thinking we may sell it. The reason we are considering this is that we are at a point where we have to replace the heating and cooling equipment. It’s stood the test of time for sure but the HVAC unit has just seen better days. So since we are replacing the HVAC equipment, we thought we might do so with potential buyers in mind. The HVAC contractor helped us choose new residential HVAC with an eye to all the latest in HVAC technology. And I have to say, this is the best quality heating and air I have experienced. If we do put the house on the market, I’m sure going to enjoy this air conditioning while I can. From the smart thermostat to the zone controlled HVAC, there is sure a lot to like with the new heating and cooling equipment.
