I was tired of living in a stadium with subpar air quality.

• I think that a lot of people don’t absolutely care about, or even suppose about their indoor air quality however I do.

That is entirely because I am sensitive to stuffy indoor conditions. If the air quality is not good, then the people I was with and I can almost guarantee that I am going to be sneezing & coughing all morning, which is not a fun feeling. Because I appreciate to avoid feeling sick all of the time, I typically make sure to do what I can to improve the indoor air quality. In our own home, I have done just that. In our house, I typically use the highest brand filters, HEPA filters, plus I invested in a whole new home whole-house air purifier. When I am in our own house, with the whole-house air purifier running, I believe completely normal, then however, since I can’t typically be in our home, I periodically run into complications when leaving; Like right now I am staying at a hotel temporarily. The hotel’s air quality is bad in comparison to our home, & I could tell, however only after being in this hotel for 30 eighths, I was already feeling sick. So I started looking online for a way to take care of this issue, so I wouldn’t have to suffer, & I suppose I found a solution. There is absolutely such a thing as a portable whole-house air purifier. A portable air cleaning idea would be perfect for me to take on the go whenever I am traveling. There is a Heating & A/C store not that far away from me that sells these portable whole-house air purifiers, & I suppose I will go there & buy 1 today.

In this new year I have decided to make a change in the way I heat my home.

I have decided to go and get radiant heated floors.

I have been hearing about them for a while. But the thing was that they were a bit pricey to invest in. But now that i’ve saved up enough money it is time to do it in the new year. By getting radiant heated floors I will be able to save money on my energy bills because radiant heated floors take up very little energy because they are ran by mostly hot water pipes. The only electric would be the thermostat. And that is not much. Also in time the radiant heated floors will end up paying for themselves with all the savings I will be getting in energy usage. I am planning on having the radiant heated floors purchased in the next week or so. And then shortly after that I will schedule the installation of the radiant heated floors from the local heating and air conditioning company. It should take a few days of some real hard work to install the radiant heated floors, and then once they are in I will start reaping the benefits from the wonderful heating and the great energy savings I will be having from it. Radiant heated floors are the best possible thing that could be purchased for my home. And I am finally about to do it and get things done. It will be great and I am totally looking forward to it.

I could not guess I hadn’t thought of this before, then four years earlier, my dad had put new insulation in my attic, and it made a lot of difference. He told me to have it checked every year, but I forgot. Here it was more than three years later, and although the insulation was still there, it looked like elephants had been trampling on it. It was compressed so tightly it surprised me the heat could get through. I called the residential heating and A/C company to have my air duct cleaned, because that’s what dad did. I then called the local home center to see what insulation I needed for my attic! Dad was going to be proud of me when I told him how I handled the insulation and helped to save currency by keeping the oil furnace from running all the time. I was saving energy and saving on the wear and tear of my oil furnace. Insulation was also an energy saver, and the saver of my oil furnace.
